After posting her season-best effort, Ja'Meshia Williams of Women's Basketball is the Wildcats Female Athlete of the Week (Nov. 29-Dec. 5). Williams downed 4 3-pointers and her season-best 15 points in FVSU's first victory of the year over Central State. The freshman added another pair of treys for 6 points in the tough 80-78 overtime loss to Miles College. For the pair of games, Ja'Meshia made 7 of 13 field goals, 6 of 10 3-pointers and 21 points (10.5 ppg).
