Former NFL Wildcats Alums Highlight Large Golfer Field at 13th Annual Porter-Lomax Charity Golf Tournament

MACON, Ga. – On a beautiful summer Saturday, former NFL Wildcats came back to Middle Georgia to show their support. In the 13^th edition of the Porter-Lomax Charity Golf Tournament, Fort Valley State welcomed another large field of golfers to raise funds for the Fort Valley State athletics department.

At the Healy Point Country Club, a field of 85-plus FVSU alumni, former Wildcats student-athletes and various business sponsors took to the Saturday morning links to raise funds.

The full breakdown of the winning golf teams, amount of funds raised and photos from the events activities will be released in the days and upcoming weeks.
