The Fort Valley State University Department of Athletics proudly congratulates its student-athletes who were recognized on the 2025-26 Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) Commissioner's All-Academic Team. This prestigious honor celebrates student-athletes who have demonstrated excellence in the classroom while successfully balancing the demands of collegiate athletics.
Fort Valley State was represented by 59 student-athletes across multiple sports, earning an impressive combined GPA of 3.64. The recognition highlights the commitment of Wildcat student-athletes to academic achievement, leadership, and success beyond competition.
Among the honorees were student-athletes from football, volleyball, basketball, cross country, track and field, softball, and men's volleyball. Leading the way with perfect 4.0 GPAs were Football's Donovan Anthony, Women's Cross Country's Blance McCluskey, Women's Volleyball's Danyjah Johnson, and Softball standouts Amira Johnson, Jennifer Ramirez, and Darianna Sosa.
The Wildcats' representation on the SIAC Commissioner's All-Academic Team serves as a testament to Fort Valley State University's dedication to developing well-rounded student-athletes who excel both academically and athletically. Their accomplishments reflect the hard work, discipline, and determination that define the Wildcat standard.
