After totaling his highest receiving yards of the season, wide receiver Jeffery Mack of the football team picked up one of the Wildcats Athletes of the Week awards for Oct. 13-19. Mack pulled in a team-high 4 passes for 107 yards, including a 47-yard touchdown grab as the team's first score in the 37-21 victory over Morehouse College last Saturday. The senior also added two kick-off returns for 33 yards for a total of 140 all-purpose yards.
