After picking off a key third-quarter interception and leading the team in tackles, football's Jadyn Walker is the Wildcat Nation Male Athlete of the Week for October 23-29.

Walker led the FVSU defense last Saturday in the 37-26 win over Virginia University of Lynchburg where he recorded 7 total tackles. But it was his third-quarter interception he returned 11 yards to the visitors' 11-yardline to set up a Wildcat touchdown two plays later to give FVSU a two-score lead, 30-16, it would not let under the 11-point final margin. He also had three tackles for loss and a quarterback hurry on the day.
