Joshuah Davis (Augusta, GA) drained a 3-pointer to tie the game at 68-68 and send the game to overtime.
In overtime both teams made 3-of-8 shots from the floor for 37.5 percent, FVSU hitting 1-of-2 threes and Georgia Southwestern State making 3-of-4 and FVSU made 2-of-2 free throws to 2-of-4 for GSW.
The Wildcats went to the locker room at the half down 34-35 while hitting just 30.3 percent of their shots from the floor and 66.7 percent from the foul line.
