FORT VALLEY, GA (October 26, 2016) – The Lady Wildcats of Fort Valley State University (6-10; 4-8) volleyball team failed to upset Clark Atlanta University (11-12; 10-3) in 0-3 (19-25, 21-25, 12-25) game Wednesday night at the HPE Complex.
 
Junior outside hitter Maya Stewart had seven kills, one ace and one block assist, while senior setter Raven Conner added four kills and four digs. Freshman setter Rita Davis led with 13 assist and five digs.
 
Sierra Scoggins led Clark Atlanta with 11 kills, three aces and two block assist. Kiara Govan added 31 assist.
 
The Lady Wildcats will travel to Albany, Ga., and Columbia, Sc., to play Albany State on October 28 at 6 pm and two games with Benedict on October 31 at 6 pm.
