Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 | Box Score 3 | Box Score 4 FORT VALLEY, GA (September 25, 2016) – Fort Valley State University Lady Wildcats volleyball team won three of seven volleyball games played in the SIAC Volleyball Crossover Tournament this past week in Albany, Ga., on the campus of Albany State University.
 
Day one, FVSU defeated Lane College (3-0), lost to Spring Hill College (0-3) and Miles College (0-3). Maya Stewart led the Lady Wildcats with 31 kills, 14 digs and two solo blocks, while India King chipped in 14 kills and three serves aces.  
 
Day two, Lady Wildcats won game one against LeMoyne-Owen College (3-1), lost to Kentucky State University (0-3) and Tuskegee University (0-3). Maya Stewart had 29 kills, 16 digs and 5 solo blocks, Ashunti Bown had five kills and two solo blocks and Rita Davis dished out 31 assist.
 
Day three, FVSU beat Central State University (3-0). India King led with 10 kills, 11 assist, three serves aces and 15 digs, Kiyah Walton had nine kills, 10 assist and four digs, while Jordan Davis put up five kills and two assist.
 
FVSU will face the Rams of Albany State University in Fort Valley on Tuesday, September 27 at 6 p.m. in the HPE Complex.
