Wildcats Aim to Even Season Series with Panthers

FORT VALLEY, Ga. – The Wildcats look for their second home win in a row Tuesday night. Fort Valley State aims to even its men's basketball season series against Clark Atlanta to start the regular season's final week of action.

The Wildcats (6-20/4-13 SIAC East) look for a strong final pair of home games to wrap up the regular season. FVSU tries to take its second home contest in a row for the first time of the 2019-20 campaign.

FVSU tries to prevail over Clark Atlanta (12-14/12-6 SIAC East) after it saw a 41-27 halftime lead on Jan. 11 in Atlanta. The Panthers, though, stormed back and edged out the game, 68-61, by erasing a 10-point deficit in the final 12:42.

The Panthers have claimed the last six meetings, including the last two played in Fort Valley with a 71-61 decision last Feb. 2 against the Wildcats.

FVSU finishes its regular season and have 'Senior Night' on Thursday (Feb. 27) in a 7:30 p.m. contest with Morehouse College.
