Johnson of Men's Hoops Grabs Wildcats Men's Athlete of the Week

FORT VALLEY, Ga. -- With his overall best game and week of the season, Fort Valley State Men's Basketball's Ty'Reek Johnson grabbed the Wildcats Men's Athlete of the Week honors. For the three-game week,

Johnson hit 18 of his 32 shot attempts and 4 of 8 trey for 48 points (16.0 ppg), 10 rebounds (3.3 rpg) and 6 steals (2.0 spg). The Wildcat guard recorded his best game of the 2021-22 season with a 28-point effort on 10 of 15 shooting, five steals and two rebounds against Savannah State.
