HAMPTON, Ga. – Fort Valley State University Men's and Women's Cross Country teams competed at the Clark Atlanta University Panther Cross Country Invitational.

On the women's side, Katelynn Hodges led the Wildcats with a standout 12th-place finish, clocking a 24:29.2. Dalivia McBride followed behind in 21st place, finishing in 29:33.8.

For the men, Elijah Taylor was the top finisher for the Wildcats, finishing 24th overall with a time of 34:37.7. Keashawn Brown placed 27^th overall with a time of 36:01.8.

The Wildcats return to action for the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championship on Friday, Oct. 24^th in Macon, Ga.
