ATLANTA, Ga. – Fort Valley State University Men's Volleyball brought home two Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) weekly honors, as
Logan Rogers and
Muhammad Mbaye were recognized for their standout performances.
Rogers was named SIAC Setter of the Week after pacing the Wildcats' offense against three top-four nationally ranked opponents. He recorded 24 assists on the week while adding 11 kills, four service aces, and eight digs to fuel the attack.
Mbaye earned SIAC Defensive Player of the Week honors following a lights-out showing at the net. He led the Wildcats with eight block assists, while also contributing six kills on a .333 hitting percentage and four digs.
The Wildcats return home to host Barry University in their home opener on Friday, January 30 at 6 p.m.
