Millay Lambert

Lambert began her collegiate athletic career at Jackson State Community College before transferring to Coahoma Community College, where she earned an Associate of Arts degree. While at Coahoma, Lambert was awarded the prestigious Ben-Glo Scholarship for maintaining the highest GPA among student-athletes and was named a 2021 Mississippi Association of Community Colleges All-Conference Player.

Following her time at Coahoma, Lambert transferred to Lane College, where she continued her academic and athletic success. Graduating with a bachelor's degree in mass communication, she made her mark on the softball field, setting multiple school records and finishing her career with an impressive .435 batting average. Lambert's outstanding senior season garnered multiple accolades, including selection to the 2022 Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) All-Tournament Team and the All-SIAC Team. In 2023, she was honored as the SIAC First Team All-Conference Utility Player of the Year and overall Player of the Year and was inducted into the Jackson-Madison County Sports Hall of Fame. She was also selected to the 2023 NCAA Division II All-Region Team.
