Opening the 2019 season, Jaelyn Franklin of the volleyball team posted a career-high on Wildcats defense and is the first Female Athlete of the Week for the week of Sept. 3-8. Franklin dug 20 attacks to go with four kills, an assist and an ace at Middle Georgia State in a 3-1 defeat last Friday afternoon.
