With a solid second-half performance, Wildcats quarterback Demontay Jones is the FVSU Male Athlete of the Week for Sept. 9-15. Coming on to play in the third quarter, Jones led the Wildcats to its two scoring drives with touchdown passes of 26 and 4 yards in the loss at Florida A&M. For the game, he went 11 of 16 for 139 yards and 2 TDs and ran three times for 11 yards.
