Leading the women's basketball team in the first two SIAC contests, Torri Myers earns the Wildcats Female Athlete of the Week for Nov. 26-30. Myers posted a double-double of 19 points and 10 rebounds to help FVSU defeat Central State on Monday night, 72-61. For the two games against Kentucky State and Central State, the junior averaged 17.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 2.0 steals. Against Kentucky State, Myers netted 16 points, 5 rebounds and 3 steals. She made 13 of her 30 shot attempts, 1 of 2 3-pointers, 8 of 11 free throws and one assist to round out her performances.
