With a solid week leading the team's front row, Caytlyn Sanford of the women's volleyball team received the Wildcats Women's Athlete of the Week honors. The sophomore opposite helped FVSU to a 2-0 road swing in Columbia, S.C., against Allen University and Benedict College. Sanford downed 25 kills in 65 swings with four errors for a .323 attack percentage. She added two blocks and three digs.

On the season, Sanford paces FVSU with 61 kills and 2.44 kills per set. The hitter also has a .267 attack percentage with 18 digs and nine total blocks.
