Golden Rams Have Enough to Defeat Wildcats

ALBANY, Ga. – Despite being in each set, the Fort Valley State volleyball team fell short in straight sets, 3-0, at Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference rival Albany State on Tuesday evening.
 
The Golden Rams (12-9/9-2 SIAC East) rode a late 3-point lead to take the opening set (25-21), claimed the second set 25-16 off the strength of a 13-3 spurt and held on for the 25-20 third set to end the match over the Wildcats (3-11/2-10 SIAC East).
