Wildcats Finish 2022 Schedule Hosting Eagles Friday Afternoon

FORT VALLEY, Ga. – For the first time in 13 days and the final time this calendar year, the Wildcats will take to the court. Fort Valley State aims to complete it 2022 docket strong as it hosts the University of Fort Lauderdale in men's basketball Friday afternoon.

The Wildcats look to add an eighth victory to it 2022-23 win total when they battle the Eagles in a 3 p.m. afternoon tip in the HPE Arena.

Both Teams Come off Wins
Before the Christmas break, both FVSU and Fort Lauderdale (5-11) posted victories heading into their time off. Fort Lauderdale recorded a convincing win over NCAA Division III Johnson & Wales, 73-47, on Dec. 21. Four days earlier on Dec. 17, FVSU outscored Central State by 11 points in the second half and posted an 80-75 road Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference crossover win.
