Wildcats Fall to Tiger 3-0 in Weekend Series

FORT VALLEY, Ga- The Wildcat's come up short in the three-game series this past weekend as they failed to find a rhythm. The Wildcats were outscored 22-5 in the three-game series against the Benedict College Tigers (23-14/6-4 SIAC). Ja'Necia Barber led the way for the wildcats with 5 hits this past weekend. Rasheedah Hasan and Morghan Holland led the way with 2 RBI's. Re'Nesha Goolsby also contributed 8 strikeouts from the circle. 
 
Hasan also tallied a triple to go along with a double from Barber.
 
The Wildcats will be back in action on Saturday, April 9th when they host Albany State University (28-3/ 11-1 SIAC) in a double header and also on Sunday, April 10th to round out the three-game series.
