ATLANTA, Ga.- Jasmin Stewart of Fort Valley State University softball has been named Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) Player of the Week. 

Stewart swung a hot stick through a three game sweep of Albany State University. She went 6-for-10 (.600) with two doubles and two triples. She also drove in six RBI and scored five runs. 

In the five inning win to kick off the three game set, Stewart was a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI, two runs scored, a double and triple. 

The Wildcats are back in action Monday, April 21 as they host Trinity Baptist College in doubleheader fashion starting at 1:00 p.m.
