Sophomore point guard Alicia Franklin has earned an Honorable Mention spot on the 2018 Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) Women’s Basketball All-Conference Team.
Franklin led the Lady Wildcats in scoring with a 16.3 average per game, second in assists with 49 and first in free throw percentage .727, while finishing the regular season fifth in the SIAC in scoring, 11th in free throw percentage, second in 3-point field goals made and first in minutes played with 38.5 per game. Franklin is ranked 41 nationally in 3-point field goals per game, fourth in 3-point field goals attempted, 30th in free throw attempts, 32nd in free throws made, second in minutes played per game, 30th in 3-point field goals made, 25th in field goal attempts and 8th in minutes played.
