JACKSONVILLE, Fla.- Fort Valley State University track & field conclude their weekend at the River City Relays.
Diamond Richardson is the definition of consistency dominating yet another field event. She nabbed a first place finish in the discus even with a 41.41m toss. She bested Kasie Ugeh of Bethune-Cookman University by almost 1.5 meters.
On the track side of the meet, the women's 4x400 relay snagged a second place finish. This is the team of
D'liyah Austell,
Calyanna Cage,
Katelynn Hodges and
Azaniah White with a 4:30.78 time. Austell also earned a fourth place finish in the 200m with a 25.09 time.
Briana Madison wrapped up the meet with a fourth place finish in the 100m hurdles with a 15.26 time.
Track & field are back in action March 14-15 at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge.
