ATLANTA, Ga.- Fort Valley State University Women's Volleyball had two standout performers recognized by the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) this week. Senior outside hitter
Benaye Kyle was named SIAC Offensive Player of the Week, while Freshman setter
Reagan Mann earned SIAC Setter of the Week honors.
Kyle powered the Wildcats' offense across two matches, recording 13 kills, 18 digs, and a solo block in contests vs. LaGrange College and Paine College. Her all-around play helped set the tone on both ends of the floor.
Mann directed the offense with precision, tallying 34 assists, three service aces, and nine digs during the same two-match stretch. Her leadership at the setter position kept the Wildcats in rhythm and created consistent scoring opportunities.
The Wildcats will return to action on Wednesday, Sept. 17, hosting Claflin University inside the HPE Complex. First serve is scheduled for 6 p.m.
